I recently found another tycoon like game on Facebook. At the moment there are many farm tycoon and city building games. I was pretty surprised that there hasn’t been a rollar coaster tycoon game as that is probably one of the most popular tycoon game.

Finally a rollar coaster game was made by Zynga (makers of the popular virtual world games FarmVille and YoVille). The game is Roller Coaster Kingdom.

I’ve only played it a bit and it isn’t that great at the moment. The graphic is really poor compare to other Zynga games. The game play isn’t bad at the moment, although it could do with a few more features.

I’ve recently discovered a few tycoon like games on Facebook. Here are some of the ones I’ve found and played.

Restursant City

I remember how addicted I was when I first started this game. I reached max level on here and just got bored. I didn’t really know what else to do apart from earn money and buy items. At the time there weren’t any regular new features or items. Recently they have started

FarmVille

This game is made by the same people as YoVille. I only just started playing this recently. I think it is also pretty new as there isn’t that many players on it yet. Similar to Harvest Moon. I’m currently still addicted to this and checks my farm everyday. However I do

n’t know how my plants will become weeds if I don’t harvest them after a while. When I first started I planted seeds that require 4 hrs to grow but then forgot about it. I discovered its better to plant 1-4 day ones and just check it everyday. Seem hard to earn money because you spend most of the money earnt to buy more seeds etc.

FarmTown
I discovered this a little after FarmVille. I noticed that FarmVille is basically a copy of Farm Town with better graphic. FarmTown has many more players, features and items. FarmTown has a hiring system where you can hire people to work on your farm. I haven’t tried out this system yet and don’t know how it works.

I recently started playing a game called Restaurant City on Facebook. The game involves decorating your restaurant, earning money to buy new things, gaining points for upgrades, visiting your friend’s restaurant and trading ingredients with them.

It’s a really fun game and extremely addictive. At the beginning I didn’t know what I was doing and wasted loads of money, it’s easy once you get the hand of it.

I would recommend this game for anyone who has Facebook, but be warned it can be addictive. After a while you don’t need to constanstly check it, just need to check it every 2hrs or so. Regardless I’m still addicted and check it like every 5mins.

Most annoying part I don’t like is ingredients. You can only get ingredients from visiting friend’s restaurant for the first time, daily quiz and trade with friends. It’s really difficult to upgrade any of the dishes, I guess everything can’t always be easy.

It’ll be great if there could be a world ranking or at least able to see more than just your friend’s restaurant. I want to see what high level restaurants are like.
