Introduction

I’m Krystal, twenty-two years of age. I’m no good at writing about myself so you might find this boring to read.

I’m 100% Chinese but I’m British born (i.e. born and bought up in the United Kingdom). I’m still living in the UK with my parents and younger sister. Although I was bought up in a western society (and rarely visit China) I’m still very much Chinese and extremely proud to be one.

I graduated from a BSc Computer Science degree two years ago and now working full time as a web/php developer. Web developer has been a hobby for many years, but after turning it into a career I don’t really do much development outside of work.

I joined the blogging world back in 2000, but lost interest over time. I did go on and off blogging for several years. I’ve had this blog for almost two years which is the longest blog I’ve ever had. I do hope that I will be able to keep this blog for a few years.

I’m a massive TV freak, well I’m more of a drama/TV series freak. I love all sorts of TV series as long as they’re good :D . I watch mainly American series (e.g. House, Dollhouse, Heroes), Korean series and Hong Kong series (my all time favourite type of tv series). Hong Kong series are very different from western ones. They are aired once a day from Monday to Friday (two series at a time on two channels). When one series end, another will start the next Monday unlike American series where there might be a few weeks gap between series. They are rarely seasoned unless they’re very very popular. I trying to watch both the HK series each week (unless its boring) so imagine how much TV I watch everyday!

I’m a total sucker for cute things, from objects to living beings (e.g. cute animals etc). If I see something really cute then I’ll crazy and want it, usually that happens with objects!

I’m also a little gaming nerd. I enjoy playing games especially online ones. I find them far more enjoyable than consoles because you’re constantly communicating with others which is the best part of an online game. I play MMORPGs regularly so you’ll probably find me round and about on some MMO.
