AruaRose : Ticket System’s New Look

I finally changed the AruaRose Ticket System to match the layout Matt designed for the offical site: AruaRose.com Once the layout was change, it looks so much neater. I have to say, Matt designed this new layout really really well.

This screenshot shows an example of a Ban Enquiry ticket. There are seven department and each one contains a different set of fields. At the start of the ticket creation, user is required to select the department then they will be taken to the correct form.

Each individual ticket and its replies will look something like below. Certain information like IP can only be viewed by GMs. GMs will also see a set of ticket options at the bottom of the ticket, where they can change the status of the ticket and also flag other GMs of this ticket to gain their attention to it.

There are much more to the ticket system, I’ll post more screenshots later. While I was taking these screenshots, I found a few bugs which has appeared and I have no idea why.
